CHARLES BAKER - Acting for Film/TV

Charles Baker left his mark in Hollywood and the homes of fans across the world as ‘Skinny Pete,’ on the hit AMC show Breaking Bad, which has been nominated for 151 awards and has won 48. He recently reprised the iconic role in the Netflix film, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. 

Before stepping on Hollywood soil, Baker already had 37 credits to his name, having voiced numerous characters for English-dubbed Anime shows like One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist, Fairy Tale, and Evangelion. Notable film projects for Baker include To The Wonder, a Terrence Malick film, opposite Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, and Javier Bardem; Ain't Them Bodies Saints opposite Rooney Mara, Casey Affleck and Ben Foster; Wild, opposite Reese Witherspoon, and Nicholas Winding Refn's Neon Demon with Elle Fanning and Keanu Reeves. On television, after Breaking Bad, Baker had been seen in the NBC series The Blacklist opposite James Spader as Spader’s confidante ‘Grey’ and the TNT crime drama Murder in the First (2014) opposite Tom Felton and Taye Diggs, as well as HBO's PERRY MASON, and most recently, Disney’s THE MANDALORIAN. 

Baker is also a classically trained musician who received a vocal scholarship for college.

GRACE LORD - Song Interpretation & Harmonies / Co-Founder

Grace Lord is a performer, writer, and instructor  who has been in the entertainment industry since she was born.  After living in New York for four years and studying under industry professionals, such as Tony Award Winner Judith Ivey and Emmy Award Winner Andre Braugher, Grace decided to move out to Los Angeles to continue finding her place in this world. She learned the ins and outs of the industry by working as an assistant at ICM Partners and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and now works on the creative and planning side with her sister and their production company. Grace is currently touring in the long running show, 3 Redneck Tenors, previously seen on America's Got Talent and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Grace's mom is the founder of Ohlook Performing Arts Center in Grapevine, TX, and after being in the industry for years on her own, she decided to co-found Ohlook LA with her sister, Emma Lord. Their goal with Ohlook LA is to create a safe space for students to learn and grow in an environment that they wouldn't normally have the opportunity to participate in.

EMMA LORD - Song Interpretation & Harmonies / Co-Founder

Emma Lord graduated from Pace University with a BFA in Musical Theatre in the year 2020. During her time there, Emma worked with professionals such as Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, Michael John LaChiusa, Nick Blaemire and many many others. Most recently Emma has been shooting a feature film called The Guardsmen and starring opposite Tony Romo in multiple commercials for Peacock and CBS. Other notable credits include: Senior Class (SAG-Aftra/NAMT Festival), Disney’s Descendants (Disney Theatricals), The Greatest Showman (Disney Theatricals).

Emma's mom is the founder of Ohlook Performing Arts Center in Grapevine, TX, and after being in the industry for years on her own, she decided to co-found Ohlook LA with her sister, Grace Lord. Their goal with Ohlook LA is to create a safe space for students to learn and grow in an environment that they wouldn't normally have the opportunity to participate in.

MADISON FINNEY - Musical Theatre Dance & Choreography

Madison Finney is a New York City based teaching artist, director/choreographer, and performer. She has taught, directed, and choreographed for educational theaters and non-profit theatre organizations across the country, including: Lafayette Society for Performing Arts, Manhattan Youth, Inside Broadway, and Village Theatre’s KIDSTAGE. Recent performance credits include: Megan in the limited Off-Broadway run of SCIENCE: A New Play (Theatre for the New City), Sheila in A Chorus Line (Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival), Val in A Chorus Line (The Cape Playhouse), Annie in CHICAGO the Musical (Trentino Music Festival in Trentino, Italy).

Her background primarily lies in musical theatre and dance styles, with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Pace University. Additionally, she is trained as a stage Il consent-forward artist with IDC Professionals. Her educational and artistic philosophy centers individuality, collaboration, and process-driven creativity. Her hope is to integrate a love for learning and creation, foster environments that allow students to take ownership of their creativity, and empower students to advocate for themselves and their communities.
